This darling little fellow is called "The Imperial Puppy of Satsuma", which was produced by the Franklin Mint in 1987. This is a collector's piece, as only a limited number were produced. It features colorful hand-painted flowers with 24 karat gold hand-painted accents. In perfect condition. I really could not resist this little guy's face!
